Dr. Ramis Gheith, MD, MS


 

As an expert and leader in the field of interventional pain management and neuromodulation, Ramis Gheith, MD, MS, is the founder and medical director of the Interventional Pain Institute, which has locations in Chesterfield, Festus, and Bridgeton, Missouri.

Dr. Gheith completed years of extensive training and education, starting with his bachelor's degree in nursing to the highest level of education and training in the field of anesthesiology. Dr. Gheith displayed his clinical and leadership acumen early on, as he was elected by his peers to be Chief Resident during his residency.

Dr. Gheith continues to be a leader in the field of interventional pain management, providing education and training to students, anesthesiology residents, and colleagues. As an expert in his field, he can provide advanced care to his patients for their complex and painful spinal and neurological disorders.

Utilizing the most advanced technology combined with his highly specialized skills, he has changed the lives of patients for the better. Providing excellence in pain management in an affordable and safe environment, he can help patients get their normal lives back as they conquer painful conditions that they once thought were untreatable.

Dr. Gheith is a Diplomate of Anesthesiology with Fellowship training and board-certification in pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is also a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, International Anesthesia Research Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Medical Association, Missouri State Medical Association, the St. Charles County and St. Lincoln County Medical Society, and several other professional organizations. He also serves as the Director at Large for the Missouri Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
